朝８時３０半から仕事。
今日はエスプレッソを飲んでみた。なかなか美味かった。
今日は昨日と同じく、他部署のマネージャーに挨拶したり、軽く自分の仕事を教わった。
「紅茶はマシーンのより、食堂の有料のやつのほうが美味しいわよ」だって。
仕事の合間に２回もみんなで紅茶を買いに行った。結構みんなリラックスしてるんだ。
トワイニングスの紅茶一杯４２ペンスだって。ちょっと高いなあ。
夕方５時に仕事を終え、その後少し残ってチェンと家探し。
５時半になるとオフィスは文字通り空っぽ。皆すたこら帰っちゃった。
面白い国だなあ。
明日の仕事後、一軒見に行く。
Wednesday
Got in from half past eight.
Had an espresso first thing in the morning, wasn't bad at all.
As yesterday, had short meetings with various managers and was taught about my job.
'The tea from the machine is horrible, if you want a tea, you should get ones in the cafeteria' Jo told me.
Twice we went together to the cafeteria to buy some tea.
A cup of Twinings for 42 pence, hmmm, a bit expensive I think.
Finished work at five, but me and chen remained till six to look for a house.
I noticed that by half past five, there would be no one in the office.
Interesting country...
I'm going to see a house tomorrow after work.
