Sunday

Went to church in the morning.

Called my parents in lunch time, they were worrying about the

evacuation order in Birmingham and told me that

flying to Britain is currently banned because of the terrorist threat.

Ironically, today was the National Commemoration day of WWII.

60 years ago, the war ended;
I wonder what the people who lived through the war are thinking today...

When I came back in the evening, Jeremy and Tie were watching 'Hotaruno Haka (grave of firefly)'.

It is easy to forget, living in a peaceful nation, that war is actually still going on everywhere in the world.

What a chaos this world still is.

I was thinking about such things while watching the film.
