マネージャーに家具を自分達で買わなくてはいけないと言ったら同情してくれて、
余分な家具を持ってそうな人達に電話をしてくれた。
なんと、会社の処分予定のテーブルがタダでもらえることになった！
木工の超大きなエギュゼキュティブ・テーブルだ。でも一体どうやって運べばいいんだろうか．．．
さらに、会社の人から革製のソファーがもらえることに！
リビング・ルームにソファーなんていらないと思っていたんだけど、
「ソファーぐらいあったほうがいいわよ」
とマネージャーが気遣ってくれて、会社の友達に電話を入れてくれたんだ。
なんだかとてもちぐはぐな家具揃いになって行く感じ。
ダイニング・チェアは、会議室の椅子なんだよね．．．
気にしない気にしない！
When I told my manager that I need to buy all the furniture for our new house,
she symphathised for us and contacted various people who might have spare sofas and tables.
And now we got our living room sofa and my room table for free!
The table is the company's one, it's so big and posh, I have no idea how I can carry it.
Sofa is one of the company employees', she said it's leather...
I'm imagining that our house is going to look somewhat incongruous;
with extremely old washing machine and these new furnitures...
Oh yeah, our dining chair is from the company as well; they're one of those conference chairs...
But who cares!
