Took the 6:47 train to Birmingham.

The train was 30 minutes late due to a cat on the line they said...

Well, I guess you can't do anything about it if cat is on the rail track...I don't want them to run over or anything.

However I would like to critically question a railway systyem that gets influenced by a cat...

As I was walking from the New Street Station, I realised that I actually missed this city.

I knoe I've been only away for a week, but I actually did miss something about this city.

It was so nice to be back on campus.  I wanted to say hello to Grigory but I guessed he was working.

Sam came to pick me up around two; we first went to Wilson's house to get my boxes, including my dear Mr.Plant, I missed him.

Then we took off, back to Basingstoke.

I'm somehow still having difficulty settling in to this town, everybody is a bit unfriendly,

and I miss the multi-cultural aspect of Birmingham.

Anyway, Mr. Plant is now safe in my back yard.

Tomorrow, I'll get him some sticks to support his stems; he's looking a bit miserable after a long trip, poor Mr. Plant.

Thanks Sam.
