マイクに半年ぶりに会った。
去年のクリスチャンユニオンの友達で、現在アイルランドで通訳の仕事をしている。
仕事も元気にやっていけているそうで、何よりだ。
マイクを誘って昼、大学の牧師館で「リスク」というボードゲームをした。
サイコロを振って、世界を征服するというゲーム。結構燃えた。
でも徹夜するまででもないんじゃない？みなさん。
夜、７時半からTの誕生日会に行く。
Tは料理が上手だ。料理マニアだ。
鯛とかをマーケットで安く買ってきて、ホイル焼きにしたり鯛飯にしたりする。
鳥の唐揚げも美味かったなあ。
たくさんの友達とワイワイがやがや楽しい時を過ごしました。
It's been a while since I last met Mike.
He's now working in Ireland as a translator.
I was pleased to hear that his work is going well and seem to be enjoying his life in the new country.
We went together to the Chaplaincy to play the game 'RISK' with friends from the Christian Union.
This game is about conquering the world by throwing dice. Yeah it was alright, but couldn't understand how they can stay up all night for this game....
Went to T's birthday party from half past seven.
T's an excellent cook, more or less an maniac.
He would buy fish from the market and cook them in the oven in a foil, or this time, he mixed fish with rice and yeah, they were all great.
The fried chicken was nice as well.
Quite a few people came today, coursemates and everybody.
Yeah, had a great time.
