ロブが出張から帰ってきた。
やはり、彼がいるとチームも賑やかになる。
仕事後、モリソンズにいって、一週間分の食料を買う。
そろそろ、新しい料理に挑戦したいと思っている今日この頃。

He invigorates the team.
Went to the Morrisons after work and bought the food for the week.
I'm thinking about cooking something new,
but can't think of anything that is healthier, easier and quicker than chilli con carne.
