今週末も家の掃除
僕は外で芝刈り
みんなは家で洗濯（いや本当に桃太郎の筋書き通り）。
徹底して、がラージまで片付けることに。
すると、ジェラミーがものすごいものを発見した。
なんと、１年前の今日あたりに、花小金井に住んでいる祖父母から送られてきた小包が発見されたのだ！
てっきり、亡くなってしまったものだと思っていたんだ。
いったいどうして、ガラージに入っていたんだ！
残念ながら、賞味期限が切れてしまっているものがほとんどだったけど、
「ピーナッツとかは、べつに大丈夫だよね」とかいって、
柿の種をみんなでいただきました。
１年かかりましたが、
おじいちゃん、おばあちゃん、小包ありがとうございました！
遅くなってごめんなさい！
Saturday
As last week, we cleaned our house again today.
I cut the lawn in the front porch and the others cleaned the kitchen.
When we were cleaning the garage, Jeremy found an amazing thing.
It was a package my grandparents sent about a year ago,
somehow it got into the garage, who knows why...
Most of the things (mostly foods and snacks) inside were out of date,
but I managed to salvage some, like peanuts (which we persuaded ourselves that they don't have an expiry date).
Well, grand dad and grand mom,
took me a year to says this,
but thank you very very much for the package!
