過去と戦っている。

乗り越えようと、戦っている。
一歩下がり、間合いをとることは大切なことだ。
でも振り返ってはいけない。
過去は自分を強くし、勇気づけるためにあるものだ。
過去は未来への解決策ではない。
答えは先にある。
だから、前をしっかりとみて進むべきだ。
映画ミリオンダラー・ベイビーは、
そんなことを言っているような気がした。
In some way or another,
we are fighting against our past.
Whether it be a mistake we made,
or whether it be a sad memory,
we fight to overcome those bitter experiences.
Yes, it is important to step back to keep a nice distance from time to time.
But we must not look back.
Past it there to strengthen and embolden you.
but it is no solution to our future.
The solution lies ahead,
so look forward, with your chin up.
