今日は、教会のメサイア公演。
今年で４０周年になる
去年から杉並公会堂という、１０００人以上はいる、大きなコンサート場を借りて、無料でコンサートを開いている
今年、内の家族で歌ったのは両親だけで、僕と弟のゾムは会場係として、人の誘導をしたりしていた。
去年は全席自由席であった故、色々とトラブルがあったらしいが、
今年から指定席にしたので、非常にスムーズに人を誘導できたと思う
公演中は、会場内で待機だったので、立ち聴きではあったが、よく聴けた。
聴いていたら、昔のことを色々と思い出した。
やはり、メサイアは歌わなくちゃなあと思った。
来年は歌おうかなあ。
Today was our chruch's Messiah Concert.
This was our 40th anniversary.
From last year, we are using the Suginami Concert Hall, which has a capacity of over 1000 people
This year, only my parents sang, me and my brother Zome were working as helpers.
I've been told that last year there were a lot of trouble, as the seats were allocatd on first come first served basis.
But this year, we put numbers on the tickets and assigned seats before hand
which seemed to have prevented a lot of trouble, as everything, as far as I know
went pretty smooth.
Messiah is associated with many good memories
Perhaps I'll sing next year
