Last Sunday, I developed 17 films.

That's a lot of films, it cost me 22,000 yen (about a hundred pounds).

They were the films taken during the Easter trip with my friends from Aston uni.

And also the photos I took during last summer, when I went travelling around Europe.

Using films is quite costly, but I like them.

It's fun waiting for them to get developed to begin with (well, this time it took more than half a year, which is a bit too long, I was too poor when I was in the UK),

and, some photos jog my memory and the feeling I had at the time when I pressed the shutter.

For the photos that I really put my feeling inside, I do remember what I wanted to express in that photo.

I've sorted all 450 photos in the album, which took me more than an hour.

But despite the number, there were only two photos that I really liked.

One of them was taken in a narrow street in Prague, capturing that perfect moment.

It had to be that very moment, at that place and at that light during that time of the day with that shadow of that person.

It was once in a lifetime moment.

But having photographed it, I can look at it as many times as I want.

There weren't many photos with me inside.

But I do remember how I was like at the moment.

Yeah, actually, I am in every photo.

That's why I can't stop taking photographs.
