大分涼しくなった。
カウンセラーのYさんとミーティングをし、頼んで来週からプロジェクトに配属させてもらえる
ことになった。
「相当忙しくなるよ」
と微妙に脅されたが、素直にうれしかった。
さて、心の準備をしなくては。
昨日、家でネットが使えるようになったが、今度はパソコンのほうが壊れてしまった。
５年以上使っているIBMのThink Padで、留学生活かなりお世話になったが、
そろそろ修復不可能な段階まできているようだ。OSを何回再インストールしても、駄目だ。
新しいパソコン買おうかなあ。
Phew, it has got a lot cooler these days.
I had a meeting with my counserlor Mr.Y; he negotiated with one of the directors to
assign me to a project and I've finally got it today.
"It's gonna be very very busy"
said Mr Y, in a half threatening voice.
But I was happy. I rather be busy than bored.
I got my internet connection yesterday, but... my laptop broke down again for the
hundredth time... I've been using IBM Think Pad for more than 5 years; it looks like
it's finally reaching the end of its life... I've reinstalled the OS so many times,
but still cannot be fixed.
Looks like I need to get a new one...
