日経平均は、１万３千円を割り、世界景気は不安定極まりない状態にあるが、
僕の料理の出来栄えはなんとも安定している。
今日の晩飯は、今週が始まって既に３度目となる（すなわち毎日）スパゲッティー。
僕のスパゲッティーは、この４年間、全くおいしくなっていない。
が、幸いまずくもなっていないのだ。
今日のように、ソースが足りない時は、少しだけ味が劣るが、
そういう時は、豆腐などを添えて、下振れリスクをヘッジするのだ。

However, the taste of my spagetthi, which is already the third this week (i.e. cooking it every day),
is extremely stable.
For the past four years, my spagetthi has not become any tastier,
but it hasn't got any worse either.
Well, tonight I was short on the sauce,
so I hedged the downside risk by adding "tofu" on the side.
