今日はCFAの試験を受けた。
会場は、ずっと「駒場大学」だと勘違いしており、
なんだか聞いたことがない名前の大学だなあと思っていた。
２日前に受験票を見直すと、東京大学「駒場キャンパス」だった。
というわけで、今日は東大に朝の８時から夕方６時半まで半ば監禁されました。
アメリカの資格だけあって、
受験者は過半数が外国人。
予想以上にずっと難しく、ちょっとダウン。
試験後、教会に行き第三礼拝に出ることができ、安心感を覚える。
教会にくると、心から落ち着きます。
今日から、徳島から「出稼ぎ」にきているという、Yoneda氏が、
僕の部屋に居候することになりました。
雪山に出てきそうな大きな人だけど、
性格はとても穏やかな人だ。
さて、この夏はどうなるんだ？
と、ちょっと不安でもあります。
I took the CFA exam at Tokyo University.
The exam lasted for six hours (with a break in the middle of course), I was totally knacked by the end.
It being a US qualification, more than half of the candidates were foreigners.
The exam was more difficult than I expected... which is very depressing.
Oh well, but it's all over and I'm free again, for a while at least.
I went to church in the evening to attend the evening service.
What a relief to be in church, really.
From today until the end of July, Mr. Yoneda will be staying in my room.
I'm not sure who he is yet.
The only thing I know is that I won't be surprised if I see him suddenly appearing in a snowy mountain...
He's big, but his personality is quite chilled.
He's from Tokushima prefecture to work in Tokyo this summer.
I must admit that I'm a bit worried to be living with him....
