Don't misunderstand it.
That is not a ramen.
That is a spaghetti.
But it taste more like a ramen than spaghetti.
Probably, if I blindfold an Italian and have him try my food,
he will say, "mammamia taste like ramen".
Cooking, the greatest wonder of the human race,
cannot simply be characterised by "taste", taste is only the tip of the
iceberg.
Needless to say, cooking is not about appearance, nor is it about
technique or
the ingredients, or love....
Cooking, is something more intangible, and its value greatly depends
on<
the people who consuming it.
For example, eating my dinner,
an Italian would say that it's a ramen,
a Japanese would probably say that it's an indescribably grotesque
unidentified object.
But in the end, cooking is like a Picasso's painting, i.e. people will
feel and express
different opinions about it.
So, cooking is art.
My cooking is rather on the modern side.
so, only a handful of people can understand it.
What a shame.
