I've been eating ramen for four days in a row, to my own astonishment.

So let me talk about ramen today, given that I'm an expert on this by now.

One can put many things in ramen,

but you cannot talk about ramen without the sprouts, can you?

If you do, that's like talking about egg-fried rice without eggs.

Anyway, sprouts are difficult vegetables to handle, because they rot quite quickly.

So especially for those living alone, sprouts can cause a so-called

"dilemma of singles"(don't worry, I've just made that up), which is a symptom that a person

experiences usually at a supermarket.

While he/she wants to buy some food, they're psychologically prevented from doing so because they're

sceptical about their ability to consume them within the expiration dates.

What a shame.

Tonight, I've demonstrated a way to overcome this dilemma.

Quite simply, I dumped the whole pack of sprouts in my wonderful ramen.

That resulted in a ramen that is completely filled with sprouts, which didn't look very appealing.

So, to make it look like a decent human food,

I've put some pork and some mushrooms and balanced everything out.

To summarise,

the effective way to overcome the "dilemma of singles" is,

first of all, to be brave about buying food, that's the first step.

Secondly, when you fear that you might waste food,

just close your eyes and put them into whatever you're cooking, just dump it.

And lastly, be flexible about the taste,

because trust me, taste is not everything.
