関東教区の青年会の集まりがある。
今年の８月に予定されている、
青年宣教大会の打ち合わせをする。
素晴らしい大会となるようお祈りします。
夜はビストロ・マキを開店した。
今日のメニューは、
茄子のなんとかなんとかという、すごく難易度が高いしろもの。
野球に例えると、内角ギリギリのフォークだ。
何故難易度が高いかというと、
トマトと茄子を繰り出して、その中に牛肉のミンスやらトマトソースやらを詰めるからだ。
これが出来るようになるには、
相撲に例えると、横綱を3年ぐらい無敗で死守し、
その後、引退して相撲アナウンサーになるぐらいの経験が必要だ。
（とは言ったものの、Kusunoki先生にかなり助けてもらいました、テヘ！）
グッドな一日でした。

In the evening, I opened Bistro Maki again.
I cooked an extremely difficult dish today,
it's so difficult that I don't even know what to call it.
The reason why it's so difficult is that I needed to curve out the eggplants and tomatoes to stuff meat inside.
That's as difficult as a Smou wrestler constantly winning for three years
and becoming a TV commentator after he retires.
It was a good day.
