今日もソフィーと東京観光をした。
新宿の都庁に登り、新宿を一望した後、
代々木公園まで歩く。
代々木公園には初めて来た。
結構綺麗な公園なんですね。
Went sight seeing with Sophie.
We started off from Shinjuku - we went to the observatory to see the view of Tokyo.
Then we walked to Yoyogi Park.
It was my first time in this park,
didn't know that it was so beautiful.
その語、原宿で昼食を食べ、
上野に行き、
もうこれで東京は一通り見終わった。
いや、本当に東京は見どころがあまりない。
Then we walked to Harajuku, where we had lunch,
then we took the train to Ueno.
So, that would make pretty much all of Tokyo...
There's really not much to see in Tokyo in my opinion.
その後、実家のある東大和に行く。
約６年の間耐震工事をしていた多摩湖が最近ようやく開いたというので、
見て来た。
すっごく久しぶりで感動した。
家で家族と晩ご飯を食べ、
良い一時を過ごしました。
I took Sophie to my house in Higashiyamato to have dinner with my family.
On our way, we visited the lake,
where it was closed for the past six years to do construction work to make it earquake-resistant.
But it was recently opened, and I was really moved to see the view of the lake.
