最近、朝早く起きようと努力しているが、

なかなかうまくいかない。


しかし、昨夜仕掛けた、

「チョコレートでおとり作戦」は、

そこそこ成功した。


仕掛けは簡単。

寝る前に、

おいしそうなチョコレートをテーブルに置いておくだけだ。


朝、おいしそうなチョコレートに釣られて、

つい起きてしまうという作戦だ。


今日は、6時20分に起きたかったのだが、

少し遅れて6時40分だった。

でも大きな進歩だ。


明日はもう少し早く起きたい。


I'm trying to wake up early these days.

But I've been experiencing great difficulty with it.


But a trick which I devised last night,

worked pretty well this morning.


It's very simple.

All you need to prepare is to place a box of chocolates on the table

before going to bed.

Then in the morning,

motivated by the idea of being able to eat a chocolate in the morning

(which used to never happen in my life),

I get up.

It works, really.

But if you're already immune to chocolates,

this trick is less effective (sorry, but it's your fault).


So, thanks to this trick,

I was able to wake up at 6:40,

which is only 20 minutes later than the time I hoped to wake up.

A great progress.


Let's see how it goes tomorrow morning.
