27/11/10

I woke up at 7:25,

got on the 7:45 train to Tanzawa area again.

I climbed Mt.Nabewari (meaning, "cracked pot").

Although the sky was overcast,

the autumn leaves were very beautiful.

I started my climb from 10:10

and reached the top at 12:40.

Unfortunately, I didn't get a good view

at the peak due to bad weather.

On my wad down,

I once again climbed along the Oukura ridge,

which is a long and a streneous walk of about 7km.

But today I didn't have to stop to rest that often,

perhaps, my legs are becoming stronger.

I discovered the good way to climb down a mountain

is to hold my chest high and streched.

Also it's important to tie the shoe laces very very tight.
