今日はとても暇だった。
土曜日は結婚式なので、夜髪を切った。
中野新橋にある、この美容院は4年以上行っていて、
いつも無理な時間に予約を入れてくれる。
今日も切り終わったのは10時半。
今回も炭酸マッサージをしてもらい、
血行がすごくよくなった感じ。
今夜はぐっすり眠れそう。

Quiet day.
I left the office early,
did a bit of shopping in Shinjuku
and got a hair cut in Nakano-shinbashi.
The owner of this hair salon is very nice,
and he is good at selling things.
I got a CO2 massage on my head,
which improves my blood flow and reinvigorates the
whole body.
It is very effective.
