今日、うれしいものが届いた。一ヶ月ほど前に申し込んでおいた、「HC2」という証書である。これは低所得者に対する
NHSのサービスの一環だが、これがあると無料で歯科治療を受けられたり、タダでめがねのレンズをもらえたりするのだ。
来週の水曜日の歯医者の予約があるが、実は総治療見積額が、約５０ポンドと出ていた。これがすべて無料になると
いうのだから本当に助かる。イギリスの医療サービスもなかなかいいな！
I got a certificate which I applied to about a month ago, it's called 'HC2'. It's a service for people who doesn't have
much income and it's part of NHS and with this, I can get a dental treatment for free. I have an appointment next
wednesday and total estimate cost was said to be approximately 50 pounds, but now I don't have to pay a penny for
this. I come to think that UK has an awesome health care service despite all the fuss in the papers.
