切れ、一人が銀行に行っている間、注文を断らなくてはいけないこともあった。本当にここの店長は、枝葉末節な部分ばかりに
気を とられ、肝心な在庫や人材管理などの部分を見落としている。今など、週７で朝の7時から夜の9時まで開店しているこの
店で働いているのはたったの7人。 来週ベスがとうとう辞めることになっているので、6人になる。それでも、バイトの数を増や
そうとしないのだから、残ったものの負担は増えるばかりである。 はたして、9月に前々から言っておいた休暇はとれるの
だろうか、不安である。
Worked from 10 till 6. Today was extremely busy as Monday is Bank holiday; we even ran out of change in the morning and
we had to refuse to take orders from customers. The manager is amazingly good at spotting the minor problems, but
horrendously bad at solving the crucial problems such as stock control and human resource. There's only seven people
working at this shop at the moment, and Beth is quitting next week, making it only 6. But still, they don't try to increase
the workers, so the burden falls down to us. I'm really not sure whether I could take two weeks holiday in September,
which I've given them a month notice...
