部屋の整理をしていたら、この前ノッティンガムのブーツで買った耳栓がバックから出てきた。
今は寮に誰も居ないので、特に必要がないと思ったのだが．．．
耳栓ってのは便利だな。
耳にいれて、スポンジが少しずつ膨らむにつれて、周りの音が少しづつ小さくなっていく。この瞬間が好きだ。
心が少しづつ静かに落ち着いてくるっていうか、穏やかになるというか。
自分が書く音も、車の騒音も、何もかも聞こえなくなる。
すると、不思議といつも独り言の多い僕も無口になっちゃったりして
集中力が画然と上がる。
テスト前にいい物を見つけました。

Since there's nobody around in my flat at the moment, I thought I don't need it, but...
Ear plug is an amazing invention I thought.
I like the moment when you insert the plug, as the sponge expands, gradually the noise of surroundings fades away.
It makes my heart to calm down and nerves to cool down, like diving in the ocean.
It makes me concentrate more.
Yeah, I found the right thing on the right time before the exam.
