今後の戦略を決める。
新しい車種を開発するか、それとも現在のモデルの生産量を増やすか。
難しい意思決定だ。
新しいモデルを作る場合、総額５２億ポンドかかる。
しかし、生産量を増やすには新しい工場を買わなくてはいけない。これには最低４００億ポンドかかる。
しかし新しいモデルのブランド価値をあげるのには時間がかかる。
結局、生産量を増やすのみの戦略にした。
勝敗を分ける決断のような気がする。
５時から会計のチュートリアル。のはずだったが待てど暮らせど先生が来ない。
きっと来週からなのだろう。
今夜は原価会計の課題をやらなくては。
Had a Business Game tutorial from four.
We decided our next strategy.
There was two options; either to develop a new model or to increase an existing model's production level.
A very difficult decision to make.
Developing a new model will cost 52 million pounds in total.
But to increase the production we must buy a new factory which costs at least 400 million pounds.
But it takes a long time to build up the brand value of the new model.
At the end, we decided to increase production and scrap the idea about producing a new model.
This could be our watershed between success and failure.
There should have been a financial accounting tutorial from five, but the teacher didn't turn up. Maybe it starts from next week.
I have to do the management accounting coursework tonight.
