朝教会に行く。
今年のメサイア公演も、２週間を切り、練習もかなりインテンシブに行われている。
今年は僕は歌わないので、会場係になる予定。
午後の礼拝に出た後、定番になりつつある、OKスーパーでお買い物。
誰も指摘しないが、変な名前のスーパーだ。
「このスーパーの食べ物はどうですか？」
「ま、オッケーですね」
そんな印象を僕がうけるが。
しかし、正直わざわざ荻窪のスーパーで買う必要もないかなと最近思い始めてきた。
箱一杯の食材を抱えて、電車に乗って、フラットまで運ぶのも結構大変だ。
中野新橋はまだほとんど探検していないので、スーパーの場所さえまだ知らない。
やばいな。
夕方６時から、Yamachanと新宿でコーヒーを飲む。
Yamachanと話すときは、必ずと２つの話題しか話さない。
一つは、Yamachanの仕事の愚痴だ。
これを聞いていると、だんだんと憂鬱になってくる（笑）。
そして、僕が憂鬱になりかける直前に、
第２のトピックであるYamachanの恋話になる。略して「こいばな」だ（というらしい）。
これは、かなり面白い。と、笑って良い時と、悪いときがあるが、今日は良い時だった。
今日もこのパターンで、それら二つの話題のアップデートをしてもらった。
いい友達だよ。
Went to
church in the morning.
Our
church’s Messiah Concert is drawing near and the choir has been practicing
quite intensively.
I’m not
gonna sing this year, I’ll be one of the helpers on the day, leading people to
the seats and all.
After I
attended an afternoon service, I went to the OK supermarket to buy food for the
week.
Nobody
questions it, but the name OK Supermarket is such a commercially bad name.
“ How’s the
food in this supermarket?”
“Umm it’s
OK”
is the kind of impression I get from
that name.
Buying food
in this supermarket is becoming a weekly routine, which I’m really thinking of
changing,
because
it’s quite a hard labour carrying a box full of food on the train to my flat,
four stations away (and of course, I have to walk to and fro the station).
Come to
think about it, I haven’t explored the surroundings of my flat, I don’t even
know where the nearest supermarket is.
I am
depressingly lazy.
From six in
the evening, I met Yamachan in Shinjuku.
Everytime I
meet him, he always talks about two topics (or should I say, only talks about
two topics).
One is
about his work; he usually grumbles about everything about his work.
This makes
me feel depressed, I don’t like hearing to other people’s grumbles, to be
honest.
And next
topic is about his “love” issues.
This is
usually quite funny (not always, today’s was funny).
It’s always
these topics, since I met him about six years ago.
He’s a good
friend of mine.
