今日は父が中国に行く前、日本での最後の日ということで、
みのりんと家族4人で多摩湖を散歩をしてきた。
天気はスペキュタキュラーでした。
Today was the last day in Japan for my dad before going to China.
Minorin came to visit our house.
We went walking to Tama lake.
The weather was specutacular.
ひたすらシダーローズを拾い集めた。
We collected cedar roses.
これがシダーローズ。
300個以上も集めた。
These are the cedar roses.
We found more than 300 today.
神尾家もお別れを告げに来た。
The Kamio's came to visit to say good bye.
夜はみのりんが広島風のお好み焼きを作ってくれた。
おいしかったです。
For dinner, Minorin cooked Hiroshima's Okonomiyaki.
It was very tasteful.
作り方を教わって僕もトライしました。
I also tried, it came out good.
明日は9時半の飛行機なので、
朝4時半起きです。
My dad's flight leaves 9:30 in the morning,
so we have to wake up at half past four.
夜、ゾムが帰ってきた。
月刊誌「映画芸術」に投稿した論文が、
なんと佳作に入賞したのだ。
今回は入選はなしで、
佳作はゾム含めて2名だったらしい。
この夏結構頑張って書いていたので
その努力が報われたということだ。
これからも是非頑張って下さい。
Zome came home at night.
He wrote a thesis on a film
and won a prize for quite a prestigious film magazine.
This time, there was only two, including my brother, who won this prize.
His effort really paid off.
Keep on working hard Zome.
