昨日、高尾山に行こうということになった。
高尾山は東京の名峰だ。
東京は「世界の東京だ」
よって、高尾山は世界の名峰だ。
朝、１０時１５分に高尾山口で待ち合わせる。
何を血迷ったのか、I.Kojiはスキーウェアを着て来た。
Yesterday, we've decided to climb Mt. Takao.
Mt. Takao is the tallest mountain in Tokyo.
Tokyo, being one of the biggest city in the world,
makes Mt. Takao, one of the biggest and the most aspired mountain in the world... right?
We met at Takao-sanguchi station at quarter past ten.
I.Koji, don't know what went wrong, came wearing a ski suit.
今日は雲一つとない快晴で、山登り日和だった。
Kim先生、Junsou君、Shionちゃんはケーブルカーで登り、
Kusunoki先生、Yan先生、アルピニストのI.Kojiと僕は難関コースで知られている1号路を通って登る。
It was a beautiful day, the sky was so blue with no clouds, a perfect day for climbing.
Pastor Kim, Junsou and Shion went up on the cable car,
and we, including Kusunoki-sensei, Yan-sensei and the alpinist I.Koji went up on foot.
We took the route No.1, which is famous for its toughness (not!).
命がけの登山だったが、
なんとか皆無事に昼前に山頂に到着。
山頂で先生達が用意してくれたお昼ご飯を食べる。
うまかったー。
Well, it was a challenge but we made it.
We picnicked at the top,
the lunch that Kim-sensei and Kusunoki-sensei prepared was delicious, thank you.
帰りは、今まで無事生還した人がいないことで知られる、
超難関の6号路を通って下る。
途中見晴し台からの景色が素晴らしかった。
遠く、茨城山までも見えた。
We took the route No.6 in our return,
known for the "route of no return..."
There was a viewpoint along the way,
the view from here was beautiful,
we could even see Mt. Ibaragi in the distance.
無事生還出来た。
いやー、本当に面白かった。
アイスクリームを食べ、高尾山を後にする。
今年は是非、登山をたくさんしたいです。
And we safely returned.
We had icecream and left the place.
You know, this year I'm definately going to do some serious climbing.
It's good fun.
