I had lunch with Yamachan in Shinjuku.

We mainly talked about our work and about his holiday plan.

It was good to catch up.

In the evening, I went to church,

and had dinner with Pastor Kusunoki, Mayuzumi-san and I.Koji.

I cooked "mabo doufu (spicy tofu with minced meat and vegetables)".

Well, I was in control up to the point of stir frying meat and vegetables,

but I seemed to have put in the tofu a bit too early,

because as I got near to the end, tofu was completely gone...

Those who are still at the early stage of their cooking lives might think that I've made a mistake,

but hey,

the real chef thinks the otherwise.

Yes, the shattered tofu represents the three thousand years of Chinese war history.

Yes, ultimately cooking is an art, and art is explosion!

Right?

And the taste?

Today's judge was Pastor Kusunoki,

who judged according to the "Maki-lin" star criteria (which is more prestigious than Michelin),

gave a three star, out of seven.

Hmmm, perhaps it needed more salt...
