Sun.
夕方、教会の事務室にいると、
ひょっと、Naotaka君が入ってきた。
「お絵描きをしたい」というから、
色鉛筆をあげたら、さっそくアンパンマンを描きだした。
アンパンマンを描き終えると、
次はカレーパンマンを描きたいといい、
描き方を忘れたから、僕に見本を見せて欲しいという。
記憶を思い起こして、
とびっきり素晴らしいカレーパンマンを描いてあげると、
「違う！」と言う。
納得できなさそうな顔でうーんと悩んでいるので、
仕方なくインターネットで調べて、
本物をカレーパンマンをみせてあげ、
それをもとに描いてあげると、
「家にもってかえろーっと」と喜んでいました。
そんな日曜日でした。
In the afternoon, I was working in the church's office.
Then Naotaka came in and said that he wants to draw something.
So I gave him some colour pencils and he started drawing "Anpanman" (as photographed).
He then went on to draw "Curry-pan man" (which is a man with curry-bread head).
But after a while, he said that he forgot how to draw him,
so I showed him how (based on the best of my childhood memories).
Then he goes, "that's not it".
I was shocked, hmmm.
He seemed troubled,
so I logged on to the internet and Googled out the real Curry-pan Man.
I drew it and gave it to him.
Looking at my Curry-pan Man drawing, he looked satisfied and said,
"I'm going to bring this home".
It was a peaceful Sunday.
