最近「味噌汁ネタ」が多いのは気のせいだろうか。

今日の味噌汁は豪華だ。


かつおぶしでだしをとって、

大根、ネギ、ほうれん草、えのき、

わかめ、豆腐を入れた。


しかし、具の種類が多過ぎて、

なんだか、訳の分からない味噌汁だった。


やはり、料理はシンプルがいいんだな。

欲張ってはいけないんだよ。


Is is just me who thinks that all I write about is about miso soup these days?

But let me write about it again today, because there was nothing else special.


Well, tonight miso soup was rich in the amount of vegetables I put in.

There were: Japanese radish, green onion, spinach, enokidake,

seaweed and tofu.


But that was too much, it tasted rather chaotic.


I learnt today that the key to success in cooking is to keep it simple.
