JPNWe got up before dawn, and went to the nearby lake, the Derwent Water, to take photos of the morning light.
The moon was still visible and its reflection on the water was producing a serene atmosphere.
We couldn't see the sun rise, as there were thick clouds in the horizon, but the gradual change in the colours of the clouds
were telling that the time was approaching.
The air was very cold and refreshing.
I bought my tripod to this trip, so were able to take a family photo.
My wild morning hairstyle matched very well with the background scenery (yeah right!).
The breakfast at this B&B was awesome, a traditional English breakfast with a sausage, ham, tomatoes, mushrooms and potatoes, together with
cereals, teas and some fruits.
Today, we drove arond the various lakes in the area.
We all enjoyed the beautiful scenery.
