チームでインサイト・トレーニングをやる。
インサイトは、いわゆる自己診断テストみたいなもので、
質問の答え方を元に自分の性格を４色で表す。
青は分析的で、慎重でクールな性格。
赤は情熱的、断定的で大胆な性格。
黄色は社交的で明るい性格。
緑は他人のことを考えるやさしく、良心的な性格。
午前はチーム全体でお互いをどのようにみているかのエクササイズ。
この結果と、事前にやっていおいたコンピューターが診断したレポートをみると、なんとみごとぴったり。
僕は、青と赤の真中のリフォーマーでした。
ロブは黄色で、青がほとんどなかった。
「やはり僕は会計士はむいてないな」とロブ。
そんなこと、みんな気づいているよ。

Insight is like a psychometric test that tells you what kind of person you are.
It describes this in four different colour.
Blue person is someone who is analytical, cautious, objective, precise, questioning .
Red is someone determined, a driver, strong willed and affirmative and bold.
Yellow is a social, dynamic, enthusiastic and persuasive person.
Green is a caring, relaxed and an amiable person.
In the morning, we did a team excercise going through each other's perception towards the other team members.
We compared this result with the online assessment we did the other day,
and mine was spot on, somewhere between blue and red (the reformer they call it).
The report gives a computer generated description of myself, it was frighteningly accurate...
It was funny that Rob was a strong yellow and had almost no blue at all
"I shouldn't be an accountant!" - yes everybody knows.
