昨夜の雪はどこかで雨に変わり、
結局、朝には雪のかけらも残っていなかった。
午前中、調べものがあったので、国会図書館に行った。
今日始めて行ったのだが、
中に入ると図書館なのに本がない！
そう、本は端末で検索して、わざわざ申請しなくてはいけない。
少し面倒くさいけれど、
本の検索も、本のコピー申請もすべてがIT化されていて驚いた。
昼飯は、図書館の本館2Fにあるレストランで食べた。
なかなかうまかった。
夜は教会の祈祷会に参加。
まだ寒い日々が続きます。
Last night's snow turned to rain at some point,
and the snow was completely gone by the morning.
In the morning, I went to the National Library to do some research.
It was my first visit there,
and I was surprised to see that there are no book shelves in the library...
Well, actually almost all books are stored in the back and we have to
make a request each time.
But because everything is computerised, the requesting and copying processes are very smooth.
There's even a restaurant inside the library, where I had lunch.
In the evening, I went to church to attend the prayer meeting.
