これが究極の味噌汁だ。
別に究極でもなんでもないのだが、
とうとう僕はいわゆる「おふくろの味」に到達した。
いや、僕は男なので、おふくろと言うよりは、「旦那の味」だ。
但し、僕は未婚なので、どちらかと言うと「独身男性の味」。
そう言うと、大した味ではない気がしてしまう。
実際、大した味ではないのだが、
今日のはダシの味が良く出ていておいしかった。
ただそれだけが言いたかった。
So this is the ultimate miso soup.
I call it ultimate as I seemed to have reached the "taste of mother's miso soup".
However, since I am a man, it should rather be called "the taste of father's miso soup".
But to be a bit more specific, as I am single, it's "the taste of a single man's miso soup".
That doesn't sound that good does it?
Well, actually it doesn't taste that special either,
I just wanted to share with you my joy of finally succeeding in making a proper miso soup from soup stock.
It was ordinarily wonderful.
