シロも連日の猛暑でバテ気味だ。
埼玉県の熊谷では４０度を記録したとか。
午前、荻窪の不動産仲介業者に行き、部屋の申込を行った。
すべて上手く行けば来週末あたりまでには入居できるらしい。
仕事が始まるまでに是非引っ越しを済ませたいものだ。
夕方、銀行からクレジットカードで支払ったお金の催促の電話がきた。
イギリスから帰ってくる直前に使いまくったツケがまわってきた。
「金利だけ払って来月に元本まとめて返すことはできますか」と聞いてみたが
「ダメです」と即答された。
やはりサブプライムのローン問題で、どこの金融機関も貸し倒れには敏感になっているのだろうか。
給料が入ってくれるまで待って欲しいのだけれど、無理なようだ。
早く自立したいなあ。

In the morning, I went to the estate agency to apply for my room.
If everything goes well, I can get my new keys by the next weekend.
I hope I can move before I start my new job.
In the evening, I got a call from the bank, asking me to pay up the money...
My credit card account is in serious debt, I asked the lady if I can just pay the interest and pay the capital next month.
But the lady said no, very assertively.
I guess all the banks are becoming a little sensitive about bad debts, with the world's subprime loan problem.
I do hope that they can wait until I get my first salary, but I guess I have to borrow some from my parents again...
Boy, I can't wait to become wholly independent.
